Scholarships

| USC provides the names of those qualified for consideration for merit or achievement scholarships. The students are all enrolled in high schools
and community
colleges in our Orange County area. The scholarship committee gathers information for each applicant and selects the group to be interviewed.
Points are awarded for scholastic abilities, student activities including sports, clubs, and ASB participation. In addition, points are awarded for community service, work experience, and interest in USC. The Merit Award generally amounts to $5,000 per academic year and is renewable on an annual basis if the student maintains the grade point average established by the USC Alumni Association. The Achievement Award is $1,000 for one year only and is not renewable.
